During 1987 the Itawamba Historical Society published a large format research map of Itawamba County. This map included such items as sections, townships, ranges, early post offices, more than 140 cemeteries, historic sites, and sites from the Chickasaw Nation era prior to the formation of the county. This map quickly sold out. To make this one-of-a-kind map available to the researching public again, the society has digitized the map and placed it online. There are two files. One file is the map itself and the other file is the map directions and legend.
