Miss Mobberly is planning to give her Sunday School Class an Easter egg hunt next Christmas.

Mrs. Taylor says the Stenographer took a picture of the building.

Utrinka says Mr. Oliphant doesn't walk on the right side of a lday when escorting her to a party.

Mr. Oliphant, trying to set himself right on the subject, asked Mrs. Fewell, and was informed that a gentleman should walk on the left side so that his right arm would be free.

Mr. Oliphant -- "Hautie, is there any connecting link between the animal kingdom and the vegetable kingdom?"
Hautie -- "Yes sir, hash."

Mr. Fewell, in discussing a trial said: "He was tried, convicted and sentenced to the Legislature and was pardoned before he left the courtroom."

Mr. Huffman -- "Do you want a small or large picture?"
Burgess -- "Small."
Mr. H. -- "Well close your mouth then."

Mrs. Fewell -- "Is heat a common or abstract noun Hautie?"
Hautie -- "I don't think it is very common around here."

A.G. Barnes says that we should avoid "haynecked" (hackneyed) expressions.
